Terms of purchase

All prices are in Swedish kronor. As a consumer you see prices including VAT by default; buying for a business you can switch to prices excluding VAT at the top of the page. The total including VAT and shipping is always shown before you complete the purchase.

Payment is handled by Stripe: card, Klarna, Swish or Apple Pay. We never store your card details.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or if the item has sold out.

Compatible parts are not original parts. They are built to replace the original and are covered by our own warranty, but not by the machine manufacturer's warranty.

Using a compatible part does not normally affect the warranty on the machine itself, but check your manufacturer's terms if the machine is new.

If we cannot reach agreement we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
